Maintaining your organization or home network and each of its computers is all included in our quarterly managed services rate as your IT service. This service includes preventive maintenance service visits, consultation, planning, remote and onsite technical support, and user training.

Thinksocially sets up routine backups of both data and settings. This helps protect against unexpected failures, and ensures that in case of a problem, you can get back up and running quickly and without any unnecessary difficulty.

SLA Management

Thinksocially believes that the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) is an important part of our relationship with all of our managed services clients. The SLA formally defines the scope of services and service levels, performance expectations, performance metrics, roles and responsibilities, escalation procedures, as well as associated fees and penalties. We feel this provides a strong basis to ensure that our clients are more than satisfied with our work. Further, our ConnectWise tools allow us both to empirically view the service results and judge our performance objectively.

We use the SLA not only as a performance management tool, but also as a communication tool, since each case is different and each client has different service-level requirements. So the Thinksocially team works with you to continually refine and manage what you need on an ongoing basis, and update it through regular meetings and phone discussions. In the case of our Cloud Services offerings, we also establish and help our clients manage vendor SLAs.
